The #MeToo movement was a wakeup call that exposed up the harsh realities of Workplace Sexual Harassment in India. Now, with awareness about sexual harassment on the rise, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly known as the PoSH Law, has become common tongue amongst the white collared but still remains relatively unknown to the masses.
We at Lawcubator, in collaboration with Kondoor Foundation, have launched the S.H.I.N.E. initiative- an awareness series on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. In these series of videos, with the help of industry experts and lawyers, we unfold the law regarding sexual harassment and deal with one question at a time.
The aim is to impart knowledge on ‘Identification’ of sexual harassment, ‘Notification’ of sexual harassment at the right time to the right authority and ‘Empowerment’ of all women employees in the workplace.
