The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, referred to as the PoSH Act, 2013 has imposed several mandates on any company with more than ten employees. These mandates, broadly includes:

The answer is yes. It is mandatory for every company with more than 10 employees to formulate an Internal committee and meet all other obligations as mentioned under the act.
